Your privacy on Coinfolio is of the utmost importance to us. Because we gather certain types of information about the Members on our network of sites, we feel you should fully understand the terms and conditions surrounding the capture and use of that information. This Privacy Notice describes the information we collect about you and how we use and share that information. Stuppler & Company, Inc. (herein "Stuppler", “we”, “us”, or “our), the owner of the CoinfolioTM Coin Portfolio Management Tool available through www.coinfolio.com (herein “Coinfolio”) and other related sites provides this Privacy Notice for your information and benefit. This Notice applies to all information collected byStuppler on Coinfolio and any information you submit to Stuppler or post to Coinfolio.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Coinfolio lets you submit, manage and share information about your coin collection with others. In doing so, you must create an account, which makes you a Member of Coinfolio with access to its features. We require only your first and last name, phone number, and email address to initiate your Member status. You are responsible for selecting a secure password. Once you have submitted these details, we will automatically send you a confirmation email to confirm your account.

In addition, Coinfolio may include message areas that allow Members to post or send information to Coinfolio. When you post information to Coinfolio in public or Member areas, other Coinfolio Members can also view that information. Other Members will not see the Content you post to your account unless you choose to make that Content visible to others.

We may also collect Non-Personally Identifiable Information, which is information that does not identify a specific individual. This type of information may include things like the Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) of the website you visited before coming to Coinfolio, the URL of the site you visit after leaving Coinfolio, the type of browser you are using and your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address. We, and/or our authorized third parties, may automatically collect this information when you visit Coinfolio through the use of electronic tools like cookies, as described below.

We use Non-Personally Identifiable Information to troubleshoot, administer Coinfolio, analyze trends, gather demographic information, comply with applicable law, and cooperate with law enforcement activities. We may also share this information with our authorized third parties to measure the overall effectiveness of our online advertising, content, and programming.

Performance Cookies: These cookies collect information about how Members use Coinfolio for web analytics purposes, for instance which pages visitors go to most often and error messages received. Functionality Cookies: These cookies allow Coinfolio to remember choices you make (such as remembering your user name and password, language preference or the region you are in) and provide enhanced, more personalized features. Content Sharing Features

Coinfolio may include social media sharing features, such as Facebook and Twitter buttons, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. These features may collect your IP address and which page you are visiting on Coinfolio. Social media features are governed by that social media company’s privacy policy.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Our primary goal in collecting your information is to provide you with a personalized, relevant, and positive experience with Coinfolio.

We use the information we collect to fulfill your requests, respond to your inquiries and provide Coinfolio news or updates. We may also use your information to make Coinfolio easier for you to use and to inform you of service and product updates, new products, and other related information from Stuppler.

We may use your browser information to analyze trends, administer Coinfolio, track Members’ activities on Coinfolio, help us understand the parts of Coinfolio visited most often and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use in improving Coinfolio.

We may use your personal information to send you promotional messages regarding various Stuppler products and services.We may also share your personal and other information with our mintstategold.com site depending on the website functionality you use

You may be able to register on Coinfolio to receive promotions and updates, or to be contacted for research purposes. You can control your privacy preferences regarding such marketing communications through your account page or by contacting us.

From time to time, you may be invited to participate in optional customer surveys or promotions, and we may request that you provide personal information in those surveys or promotions. We use information collected from surveys and promotions to learn about our Members in order to improve our services and develop new products and services of interest to our current and future Members.

We may contract with unaffiliated third parties to provide services such as Member communications, website analytics and other services. When we do this, we may provide your personal information to third parties only to provide those services, and they are not authorized to use your personally identifiable information for any other purpose.

OUR DISCLOSURE OF OUR INFORMATION

You can use Coinfolio to share the information you collect, submit and manage at Coinfolio.

We may share your personal information with our affiliate companies,websites and service providers who may be able to address or respond to your inquiries and maintain or improve the functionality of Coinfolio.

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law, court order or other valid legal processes or in connection with the consolidation, sale of or other transaction related to our business. We also reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

THIRD PARTY COLLECTORS OF INFORMATION

Our policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. To the extent that you disclose your information to other parties, whether they are bidders, buyers or sellers on Coinfolio or
other sites throughout the Internet, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the personal information you disclose to them. To the extent that we use third party advertisers, they adhere to their
own privacy customs and policies. Since we do not control the privacy policies of third parties, you are subject to the privacy customs and policies of that third party. We encourage you to ask questions before
you disclose your personal information to others..

DATA RETENTION

We will only retain the information we collect, including personal data, for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

EUROPEAN DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS REGARDING PERSONAL DATA.

If you are residing in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) you have the following rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data. You have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal information (commonly known as a “data subject access request”). This enables you to receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

For Members based in the European Economic Area (EEA) we may share your personal data among our affiliates or with external third parties. This will involve transferring your data outside the EEA.

DO NOT TRACK

Currently, various browsers – including Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari – offer a “do not track” or “DNT” option that relies on a technology known as a DNT header, which sends a signal to web sites’ visited by the user about the user’s browser DNT preference setting. Stuppler does not currently commit to responding to browsers’ DNT signals with respect to Coinfolio, in part, because no common industry standard for DNT has been adopted by industry groups, technology companies or regulators, including no consistent standard of interpreting user intent.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Coinfolio and the services we provide are intended for general audiences, and is not intended for use by persons under the age of 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personally identifiable information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete it. If you believe that we have collected personally identifiable information from a child under 13, please contact us using the information below.
