CALIFORNIA NOTICE OF RIGHT TO OPT OUT OF SALE/SHARING

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

CoinFolio does not “sell” personal information or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We provide this Notice to comply with California requirements and to supplement our Privacy Policy, including the “U.S. State Privacy Rights and Disclosures” section of that Policy.

1. Your Right to Opt Out if Our Practices Change

If, in the future, CoinFolio engages in activities that constitute a “sale” of personal information or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA/CPRA, California residents would have the right to request that we stop:

- Selling your personal information

- Sharing your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising

CoinFolio does not currently engage in these practices. If our practices change, we will update this Notice and our Privacy Policy, and any opt-out request you submit will be honored as required by California law.

2. How to Submit an Opt-Out Request (If Applicable in the Future)

If CoinFolio later engages in a “sale” of personal information or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, we will provide at least one method for you to submit an opt-out request, which may include:

- Contacting us at [email protected];

- Using any online form or “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” mechanism described in our then-current Privacy Policy or on our Services.

3. Global Privacy Control (GPC)

CoinFolio recognizes and honors the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal. If your browser or extension sends a valid GPC signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of any “sale” of your personal information and any “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law, to the extent such activities occur.
